Activity has two views: Conversations and Knowledge updates. It is available on every plan.
Conversations
Open a conversation to read the visitor’s messages and the agent’s replies. Use the filters to find a conversation, and export a retained conversation when you need a copy. Activity is a review surface for AI chat; it does not provide a human reply inbox.
Knowledge updates
This timeline shows updates to an agent’s knowledge, including their state and any owner-safe failure reason. If an update fails, return to the agent’s Knowledge page to review its sources and retry or discard it. The current published knowledge remains available during a new build.
Conversation and update history follow the retention settings that apply to your account. The app shows the records currently available to you.
