Domains
Choose and verify the sites where an AI chat widget may appear.
Domains control where a widget may load. Add the hostname in the app, follow the displayed verification steps, and enable it when verification succeeds. A domain entry does not install the script; you still need the install snippet on the site.
Check the hostname
Use the exact hostname shown in the browser, including a separate www hostname if your site serves one. If you use a supported subdomain pattern, review which subdomains it covers before enabling it. The app checks the browser origin when serving widget configuration.
Limit individual pages
Use widget visibility exclusions to hide the launcher on selected paths of an enabled domain. A path restriction is separate from domain verification. Test the home page, a path where the widget should appear, and an excluded path after saving.
If the launcher is missing, confirm the domain is enabled, the hostname matches, the widget has a ready agent, and the script is present on the page. See Troubleshooting.
