Understand AI chat activity and widget usage.
Analytics shows how visitors use your AI chat widgets. It includes conversations started, visitor messages, answers given, failed replies, and pages where chats begin. You can also inspect widget views and opens where those events are available.
The dashboard aggregates activity for the period shown. Use Activity when you need to inspect a specific retained conversation or knowledge update. Analytics is not a transcript and does not replace Activity.
If a number looks unexpected, check the selected dates, the widget’s enabled domains, and whether visitors actually opened chat. Some event delivery is best effort so a page remains usable if analytics is unavailable.
