Quickstart
Create an AI Chat Agent, publish its knowledge, and install a widget.
1. Create an account and business
Open Eversolve and complete the account flow. Add the business details you want to show with your widget.
2. Create an AI Chat Agent
In the app, open Agents and choose Create agent. Give it a name. The agent needs published knowledge before a widget can use it.
3. Add and publish knowledge
Open the agent’s Knowledge page. Add a supported file or public URL, build the knowledge, and review the resulting content. Correct anything that would produce an inaccurate answer, then choose Approve and publish. See Prepare agent knowledge.
4. Create a widget
Open Widgets, create an AI chat widget, and select the enabled agent with published knowledge. Save the widget before copying its install snippet. See Configure a widget.
5. Add a domain and install
Add the site under Domains and complete the verification steps shown in the app. Open the widget’s Add to your site panel, copy the snippet, and place it on your site. See Install the widget and Domains.
6. Check the visitor experience
Load a page on the enabled domain, open the widget, and ask a question covered by the published knowledge. If the widget does not appear, use the troubleshooting guide. Once visitors begin chatting, review the records in Activity.
